The Rarity Bay Community Association Incorporated (RBCAI or CAI) is the governing body that oversees the community’s day to day operations. It also supports the governing documents, rules and regulations and community wide standards. The CAI and its staff are here to support you and your concerns as a property owner. The CAI office address is 150 Rarity Bay Parkway – Vonore, TN 37885. This is also the address for the Community Activity Center (CAC). The CAI office is open Monday from 9am to 4pm, Tuesday from 9 am to 1 pm and Wednesday thru Friday 9 am to 4 pm.

Vision Statement: The Rarity Bay Community will be recognized as the premier “Residence of Choice” in East Tennessee by preserving the beauty, character and architectural integrity of the community while maximizing our focus on the needs of our residents and property owners.
Mission Statement: The mission of the Rarity Bay Community Association (RBCAI) is to provide the highest level of community living in a well-maintained, safe and neighborly environment for the common benefit and enjoyment of all homeowners. The RBCAI Board will effectively manage Rarity Bay’s Master Agreement, By-Laws, and approved Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions while providing ethically and fiscally responsible solutions to promote a strong sense of “community” and optimize property values.
